Lady Ba Ba has been seen wearing different animal masks around her home town of Blackpool. But nobody really knows why, some people say it’s because she has really bad spots at the moment, but others say it’s because she had a dodgy fake tan done and she is embarrassed by it. None of these are true; however I do have the truth!

A group of photographers daily wait outside her home and pursue her in public places. The unnamed photographers follow her by car, motorbike, and on foot, and sometimes posing as a normal member of the public. Lady Ba Ba hates the fact that the paparazzi follow her around; she feels that they are targeting her because of her unique look and music.
To try and prevent the paparazzi from following her around so much and waiting outside her house Lady Ba Ba wants to take a court order out against the paparazzi photographers. If she wins the case this will mean that the group of photographers will be banned from waiting outside her home or pursuing her in public places, they will also not be able to follow her by car, motorbike or on foot in order to take photos.
The photographers will also have a limit to how close they can be to his house, in most cases like these it’s around 50 meters.
Although Lady Ba Ba is trying to prevent the paparazzi, this isn’t a full privacy injunction, she is not trying to prevent her fans approaching her in the street and taking photos.
If Lady Ba Ba wins the case, she has told us she will be willing to take off her masks and will hopefully be releasing her new album which is already in the making.
